No. 26 is an important component of various antioxidant enzyme systems. Taking No. 26 improves liver metabolism and enhances the liver’s detoxification capacity. It can be used to help prevent atherosclerosis and thrombosis. The retina and iris are particularly rich in selenium; therefore, No. 26 is used to treat eye conditions and visual disturbances. It improves the availability of thyroid hormones.
