No. 21 is used to treat anxiety-related insomnia. It enhances learning ability and memory. It strengthens the senses – such as sight, hearing, smell and taste – and has a moisturising effect on the mucous membranes. No. 21 has an antioxidant effect. No. 21 is essential for the health of the skin, hair and nails. It gently supports hormonal metabolism and stimulates growth, skin regeneration and wound healing. It has a strengthening effect on the eyes, particularly promoting light-dark adaptation.

Use
