It is recommended for overexertion headaches and nervous and mental weakness caused by overwork. This mineral is also used to build up good physical performance. No. 17 promotes cartilage formation, especially in combination with No. 8. As it promotes blood circulation in the blood vessels, it is used in the prevention of arteriosclerosis.
