Product information "Schoenenberger Beetroot Crystals BIO Powder"
Together with vitamins, trace elements and enzymes, Schoenenberger Beetroot Crystals BIO Powder supports the cell metabolism. It is a valuable regeneration aid, especially in combination with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
For healthy blood pressure*
Beetroot has been known as a super vegetable for more than 2000 years. It contains valuable minerals, vitamins, trace elements and secondary plant substances.
Schoenenberger's beetroot crystals are gently extracted from the juice of freshly harvested organic beetroot using a special drying process - without any carriers. They contain folic acid, are rich in valuable potassium and thus contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
The organic beetroot crystals are highly soluble and are ideal for refining smoothies, yoghurt, milk, muesli or cereal flakes. Incidentally, the dark red-pink colour of the beetroot crystals is due to betanin, an antioxidant that scavenges free radicals and thus protects the body's cells.
100 g contain on average: 0.7 g betanin.
The colour is bright and intense and can also be used as a natural food colouring in cooking and baking. And the crystals have a pleasantly fruity-sweet flavour - also delicious on their own!
*) Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
