High-fat sea fish from the North Atlantic (wild-caught) form the basis for Sanatur Omega-3 fish oil. To maintain brain function and vision, at least 250 mg of DHA must be consumed daily in the diet. The positive effect on heart function is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
