Oily sea fish is one of the best natural sources of the two important omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA. Oily sea fish from the North Atlantic (wild-caught) form the basis of Sanatur Omega-3 fish oil. To maintain brain function and vision, at least 250 mg of DHA must be consumed daily through the diet. The beneficial effect on heart function is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
