How to use

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for 7 minutes.
Drink 2-3 cups of FreeBalance tea throughout the day and also drink plenty of liquid (approx. 2 litres), preferably still mineral water or diluted juices.
