Salus® Floradix® Iron plus B12 vegan tonic, 250 ML

Floradix® Iron plus B12 vegan was developed for the vegan diet. It is based on our tried and tested Floradix® with iron tonic. The food supplement Floradix® Iron plus B12 vegan ensures the supply of readily available bivalent iron, even with normal requirements, but also with increased iron requirements, e.g. due to menstruation, endurance sports, pregnancy and breastfeeding. To ensure that the iron reserve supports a vital, normal energy metabolism in these cases, early supplementation is often advisable.

As a speciality, Floradix® Iron plus B12 vegan also contains vitamin B12 as physiologically active methylcobalamin. A supplementary supply of vitamin B12 is particularly necessary in vegan diets because it is not available due to the absence of animal foods in the diet.

In addition to glucose, every cell in the body also needs oxygen to generate energy. The iron-containing haemoglobin in the red blood cells absorbs oxygen in the lungs and transports it to the cells with the blood circulation.
