Cistus incanus is one of the most polyphenol-rich* plants in Europe.

*) Polyphenols are secondary plant substances and contribute to the taste, smell and colour of many foods. Cistus incanus has a relatively high polyphenol content, which is characteristic of prepared Cistus tea.

How to use

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. Add lemon juice or flavour with cinnamon, cloves or vanilla as desired.
