The SOS® Period Pain Patch provides long-lasting, therapeutic deep heat. It naturally relieves cramp-like pain in the lower abdomen, without the use of any medicinal ingredients.

SOS Period Pain Patches relieve cramp-like period pain with their pleasant and well-tolerated warmth.

The mixture of activated charcoal and iron powder contained within slowly heats up on contact with oxygen, providing at least 12 hours of gentle, natural and even warmth.

These handy patches fit in any handbag, making them ideal for use on the go when a hot water bottle isn’t to hand.

The soothing effect of warmth: warmth is a tried-and-tested method for treating cramps and pain. Long-lasting and deep-penetrating warmth helps to relax tense muscles. In the case of period pain, symptoms such as pain and cramping in the lower abdomen and lower back can be relieved.

Directions for use

• Open the sachet by hand (do not cut it open) and remove the heat patch. Stick it onto your clothing or underwear over the painful area in the lower abdomen and/or lower back. 
• The heat patches warm up slowly and reach their maximum temperature within approximately 30 minutes. The heat patches are activated by air. Therefore, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use the heat patches.

• Warnings: Never apply the period pain patch directly to the skin; always apply it from the outside onto your underwear or clothing! If used incorrectly, the heat patch can cause burns even at low temperatures. You must therefore read the instructions for use carefully before application and keep the package leaflet for future reference. The heat patch is to be used exclusively on the lower abdomen and/or lower back and is intended for external use only.
• Storage: Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use by the expiry date stated on the sachet.
• Disposal: Dispose of in normal household waste; the heat patch must NOT be burnt.
