SOS® Pain-Relief Gel, 50 ML

An option for your home and travel first-aid kit: SOS® Pain-Stop Gel provides relief for sports injuries. Its cooling formula ensures targeted relief for the affected areas of the body.

SOS Pain-Stop Gel is an acute treatment for the rapid relief of muscle, joint and post-traumatic pain. The gel is applied directly to the painful area and initially has a cooling effect, followed by a soothing warming sensation. Thanks to the built-in applicator, the gel is easy to apply whilst keeping your palms clean, making it easier to use when out and about. At the same time, the 3-ball technique provides a pleasant massaging effect.

Indications:

• Relief from muscle, joint and post-traumatic pain. SOS Pain-Stop Gel also inhibits the formation of oedema. It is therefore suitable for use in cases of muscle tension, sprains, twists, strains, overstretching, torn muscle fibres and various types of trauma.

SOS Pain-Stop Gel is more effective than an ibuprofen-based gel (5%)* and is suitable for adults and children aged 7 and over.

* Its effectiveness has been scientifically proven (in vivo study 12POGAD02, November 2013).

Directions for use

• Adults and children aged 7 years and over: Squeeze the tube gently. Apply the gel to the affected area using circular movements, massaging it in gently 3 to 4 times a day using the special massage applicator. Wash your hands after use if necessary. Close the tube tightly after use.
  
• Warnings: For external use only. Do not swallow. Do not use on children under 7 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Anyone who has previously suffered from convulsions or epileptic seizures must consult their doctor before use. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or to damaged or irritated skin. Some ingredients may cause allergic reactions. If irritation occurs or other signs of hypersensitivity appear, discontinue use immediately. Do not use under an occlusive plaster. Do not use in combination with other creams, balms, liniments, sprays or massage oils. Do not use in conjunction with heat-generating devices. In the event of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor, pharmacist or a poison control centre. If the pain persists for more than 5 days or if skin irritation occurs upon application, discontinue use of the gel and seek professional advice. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children.
