- As an adjunctive treatment for diarrhoea, urinary tract infections and prostatitis (such as that caused by Escherichia coli).

Directions for use
- Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: For acute conditions, take 5–10 drops every 12–24 hours. For chronic conditions, take 10 drops every 2 days. Once symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
- Use in children: Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
- Method of administration: For oral use. The drops should be taken undiluted before a meal.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel any better, or if your condition worsens, after 3–4 days, consult your doctor.
