Rosidal® CC compression bandage: Latex-free, cohesive, optimum hold. Ideal for compression & fixation. Very comfortable to wear, breathable.
Keeps its promises: the short-stretch compression bandage is the second TCS system component. Rosidal CC (Cohesive Compression) is very easy to apply under full tension and no indicators are required thanks to the Safe-Loc system. The latex-free cohesive coating ensures a secure hold right from the start. The material is fine, hardly bulky and therefore ensures good mobility in the ankle joint. The foot still fits comfortably in the shoe with the short-stretch compression bandage

Application
- Before applying the dressing, an existing wound must be cleaned/debrided and covered with a wound dressing according to the wound status.
- The wrapping technique should be agreed with the attending physician.
- It is recommended that the dressing is applied in the morning before getting up or after prolonged elevation of the leg/arm and that the patient is then encouraged to perform walking exercises/arm movements.
- The bandage width should correspond to the diameter of the body part to be bandaged.
- To maximise joint movement, it is recommended that the bandage is applied to the foot at a right angle (90°).
- The bandage must be applied in such a way that the pressure of the bandage decreases from the foot to the knee and, if necessary, to the gluteal fold.
- The rolled-up part of the bandage (bandage head) points outwards. The head of the bandage should be kept close to the leg/arm.
