RosaXan with rose hips, nettles and devil's claw is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) for the dietary management of pain and joint stiffness in osteoarthritis of the knee.

Active participation is important for the success of treatment for osteoarthritis. The person affected must exercise sufficiently in a gentle manner to support the joint and cartilage and ensure a balanced diet to reduce any excess weight. If you stick to these guidelines, you have a good chance of slowing down or even stopping joint wear and tear.

The valuable ingredients of Rosaxan

• Rosehip: Rosehips contain plenty of vitamin C, valuable minerals and also ingredients such as galactolipids, which can relieve inflammation and pain. Galactolipids are the substance that, together with the vitamin C they contain, make rosehips so effective against joint diseases such as osteoarthritis.
• Nettle: Nettles have an anti-inflammatory effect, as the extract suppresses the release of certain pro-inflammatory messenger substances. Nettle therefore helps to flush out the body and has a supportive effect on inflammatory joint complaints.
• Devil's claw: Devil's claw, or more precisely devil's claw root, has an anti-inflammatory effect and is said to help with arthrosis.

How to use

• We recommend taking Rosaxan once a day after lunch.
• Notes: After opening, store upright in the refrigerator. Do not drink from the bottle. Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks. Only take under medical supervision. Supplementary balanced diet. Due to the nutritional requirements, the content of vitamin C, manganese and vitamin D is increased.

Ingredients

• Ingredients (juice): rose hip puree (50 %), water, rose hip juice concentrate (10 %), apple pulp, nettle leaf extract (0.4 %), devil's claw root powder (0.27 %), sweetener steviol glycosides.
• Ingredients (tablet): Sorbitol filler, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated; rapeseed origin), starch, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, 15 µg (600 I.U.)).
• Composition per daily dose (40 ml juice + 1 vitamin D tablet): Rosehip puree 20 g, rosehip juice concentrate 4 g, nettle extract 160 mg, devil's claw root powder 108 mg, vitamin C (from rosehip) 30 mg, manganese (from rosehip) 0.5 mg, vitamin D (tablet) 15 µg.
• Nutritional values per daily dose: calorific value 80 kJ (19 kcal), fat < 0.1 g, carbohydrates 3.5 g of which sugar* 2.3 g, protein 0.24 g, salt < 0.01 g. *Rosaxan contains only the natural fructose of the fruit.
