Sensor monitoring system – For use with the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app

Use

• Apply the SmartGuide sensor to a suitable area (e.g. upper arm) and pair it via Bluetooth® with the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app on your smartphone. After a warm-up phase, the sensor begins measuring and continuously transmits glucose readings to the app. In the app, you can view graphs, trends and alerts, as well as analyse historical measurement data. Use the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app for additional smart predictions.
• Notes: Accu‑Chek SmartGuide is designed as a medical CGM system. It is used in conjunction with compatible mobile devices and requires the installation of the Accu‑Chek SmartGuide app. Calibrate the sensor as described using a blood glucose meter. Please note the app compatibility information and connect your smartphone regularly to receive alerts and data.
• Compatibility: Please refer to the list of compatible smartphones. Currently, Accu-Chek SmartGuide sensors cannot be connected to a few Samsung Galaxy models (in particular model A).
