How to use

Adults: 1 x 1 tbsp (approx. 10 ml, equivalent to 0.1 ml propolis extract)
Children over 3 years: 1 x 1 tsp (approx. 5 ml, equivalent to 0.05 ml propolis extract)
Advice: Store in a dry place away from heat. NOT suitable for diabetics. NOT suitable for barley malt allergy sufferers. Store out of the reach of children.
