Rezilin® Basil Extract Hair Treatment promotes hair growth and inhibits non-disease-related hair loss.
When hair becomes thinner and thinner, this is an enormous burden for affected women. Hair loss is often a taboo subject among women, as full and shiny hair is a sign of youthfulness and attractiveness for many people. The thinning and loss of hair is usually hormonal.
Rezilin Hair Treatment was developed for use in cases of hair loss*, thin and brittle hair. The active ingredient from basil and the nourishing oils nourish the scalp and hair well into old age and can thus prevent hair loss* and breakage.
What is so special about basil?
- Basil is not only a popular spice, but also a medicinal herb. Basil is rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium as well as vitamin A and B vitamins. The herb also has a high proportion of antioxidants and essential oils.
- As a medicinal plant, it has an antibacterial and calming effect and is used in particular for gastrointestinal complaints. Basil can relieve pain and inflammation and also protects the immune system thanks to its antioxidant effect.
How good is basil for hair loss?
- The positive effect of basil extract on the hair was discovered by chance during the development of an anti-ageing cream. The Rezilin basil extract hair treatment was developed as a result. The extract is a cosmetic active ingredient from basil, which is obtained using a biotechnological production process.
- An application study** has shown that the basil extract was able to bring about an improvement in the hair loss of the test subjects after a 12-week test phase. Rezilin combines this active ingredient with rich oils that nourish the dry scalp and damaged hair and can thus prevent hair breakage and hair loss*. The nourishing oils and aloe vera also provide noticeably more suppleness and shine. The hair treatment is supplemented with caffeine.
- The skin compatibility of Rezilin has been dermatologically tested and rated as "very good".

How to use
- For optimum results, Rezilin should be used at least 3 times a week. To do this, apply 3 pipette tips to the scalp and hair and massage in with your fingers or a comb. Then leave on for at least 30 minutes.
- Overnight application is even better. After it has worked in, Rezilin is washed out with a mild shampoo and the hair is styled as usual.
- Rezilin is also suitable for eyebrows.
- Advice: No overdosing possible, discontinue use if allergic reactions occur, can also be used on coloured hair.
