Resposorb® Super are highly absorbent, wound-friendly absorbent dressings featuring a fluff layer and super-absorbent material, a non-woven cover and a moisture-repellent backing. Ideal for the treatment of all types of heavily exuding wounds.
Highly absorbent, wound-friendly absorbent dressings featuring a specially developed absorbent core made from soft cellulose flocs, mixed with a liquid-retaining superabsorbent and encased in a liquid-distributing non-woven fabric. On the side facing away from the wound, the product is fitted with a water-repellent yet breathable special non-woven fabric to protect against contamination; this is coloured green to prevent application errors. The entire product is wrapped in a soft, two-layer, non-adhesive non-woven fabric with high capillary action, through which exudate is rapidly channelled to be absorbed by the absorbent core. Soft and breathable, it moulds easily to the body’s contours and provides excellent cushioning.
