Resposorb® Super are particularly absorbent, wound-friendly absorbent dressings with a fluff insert and superabsorbent, non-woven cover and moisture-repellent backing. Ideal for treating all types of heavily exuding wounds.
Particularly absorbent wound-friendly absorbent dressings with a specially developed absorbent core made of soft cellulose fluff mixed with fluid-retaining superabsorbent and wrapped in a fluid-spreading non-woven fabric. On the side facing away from the wound, the product is covered with a special water-repellent yet air-permeable non-woven fabric that is coloured green to prevent application errors. The entire product is wrapped in a soft, two-layer fleece with a high capillary effect that does not stick to the wound and through which the exudate is quickly channelled to be bound in the absorbent core. Soft and air-permeable, it moulds easily to the contours of the body and has a high cushioning effect.
