The ReDia® fibre drink can be easily integrated into your daily routine and is taken just once a day. Just open a sachet 10 to 20 minutes before your main meal and pour the granules into a glass of water. Stir well and your fibre drink with a refreshing orange flavour is ready.

Drink ReDia® immediately after preparation and top up with another glass of water. This allows the water-soluble fibre HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) from plant cellulose contained in ReDia® to swell well in your stomach and develop a kind of "gel cushion".

How to use

• The ReDia® fibre drink can be easily integrated into everyday life and is taken once a day. The contents of one sachet are poured into a glass and mixed with 200 ml of water 10 to 20 minutes before a main meal. Stir well, drink immediately after preparation and top up with another glass of water - for optimum hydration
• Advice: There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake during ingestion. The food supplement must not be taken in the case of pathological narrowing of the oesophagus or gastrointestinal tract.
