DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a steroid hormone produced primarily in the adrenal cortex. It plays a key role in the human body’s development and ageing process. Of all human steroid hormones, DHEA has the highest concentration, but also experiences the sharpest decline as we age. This is because blood DHEA levels rise before puberty, peak between the ages of 20 and 30, and then decline steadily. Consequently, low DHEA levels are causally linked to a wide range of ageing processes.

- Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily with liquid.
