Saffron is obtained from the flower stigmas of Crocussativus L. and is known for its intense golden yellow colour and unique aroma. The quality of saffron is largely determined by the content of the carotenoid crocin (responsible for the colour) and safranal (responsible for the aroma).

Directions

• Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with or without meals with plenty of water.
• Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of blood clotting disorders. Not suitable for people taking blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors). Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are also taking medication for depression.
