Raab D-Mannose Cranberry Lozenges offer a practical and tasty way to combine D-Mannose with high-quality cranberry extract - ideal for at home and on the go. Each daily portion (two lozenges) contains 22 mg of proanthocyanidins (PAC), secondary plant substances from the polyphenol group. What is D-Mannose?

D-mannose, also known simply as "mannose", is a natural simple sugar and closely related to the better-known glucose. This special sugar is produced in small quantities by the body itself, where it is bound to cell membranes and proteins. D-mannose also occurs naturally in some plants, for example in cranberries, cranberries, redcurrants, apples and other fruits and vegetables.

D-mannose for food supplements is often obtained from birch bark or maize. When ingested with food, D-mannose is hardly metabolised and is excreted again.
