- Take 2 capsules 3 times daily (morning, noon and evening) before meals, unchewed, with 2 large glasses of water.
- Note: Glucomannan has a strong satiating effect. Not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties - risk of choking. Drink at least 2 glasses of water when taking - the powder swells up considerably.
