Quarkpack Classic compresses are a 100% natural product, made from natural quark powder (or Topfen powder). They have a decongestant, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect.
Quarkpack offers a simple and clean alternative to traditional quark wraps. Thanks to a special non-woven fabric, the quark, with its natural anti-inflammatory properties, can penetrate the skin and draw inflammatory substances out of the body. Quarkpack relieves pain, reduces inflammation, feels pleasantly cool and ensures a particularly gentle and soothing treatment.
Areas of application
- Quarkpack for children: Children in particular are often plagued by fever. As fever in particular can set in very quickly – ‘overnight’, so to speak – Quarkpack natural wraps should be kept in every home medicine cabinet. Apply cold calf compresses (important: not too cold) and ensure that the feet are kept warm. The effect sets in quickly and the treatment could hardly be simpler. Quarkpack as a warm treatment is also particularly soothing for coughs, sore throats and bronchitis, and is well tolerated by children’s sensitive skin. Simply soak the compress in warm water. After applying, keep it warm for 20–30 minutes using a hot water bottle if necessary.
- Quark packs on holiday: A sunburn can quickly spoil your fun in the water. It’s good to have a quark pack compress to hand in such situations. This is because the natural properties of quark cool and soothe the skin. Insect bites or stings often leave painful marks on the skin. But using the compress helps reduce swelling more quickly and noticeably relieves the itching. Quarkpack compresses have a soothing effect and ensure rapid reduction of swelling. It’s great that you can cut the compress into smaller pieces.

Directions for use
- Before use, soak the compress for 1–2 minutes in (cold) water with the non-woven side facing downwards, allowing the quark to regain its usual consistency. Then remove the compress from the water, wrap it in a towel, press down on it once with the palm of your hand, and apply it with the non-woven side facing the inflamed area of the body. Leave the compress on for 15–45 minutes, as required. Quarkpack is intended for single use and can be disposed of in household waste.
- Intensive cooling compress: The cooling effect is enhanced if the ready-to-use, damp compress is placed in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before application. This makes the compress extra-cold and provides particularly effective pain relief.
- Warming compress: Soak in warm water (depending on tolerance), apply and cover with a warm blanket. Ideal for coughs, hoarseness, bronchitis and sore throats.
- Notes: Very gentle on the skin; also recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children and the elderly. The product is suitable for regular use. The compress must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to milk protein or lactose intolerance. Do not use QUARKPACK in the event of skin infections, nor in cases of skin conditions such as Candida albicans.
