How to use
- Before use, the compress is soaked in (cold) water for 1-2 minutes with the fleece side down, whereby the curd gains its usual consistency. Then remove the compress from the water bath, wrap it in a towel, press on it once with the palm of your hand and apply the fleece side to the inflamed area of the body. Leave on for 15 - 45 minutes as required. Quarkpack is intended for single use and can be disposed of with household waste.
- Intensive cooling compress: The ready-to-use, moist compress is placed in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before applying. This makes the compress extra-cold and has a particularly pain-relieving effect.
- Notes: The product is suitable for regular use. Arnica and curd are generally characterised by very good skin tolerance. In rare cases, they can nevertheless cause hypersensitivity reactions of the skin, such as burning or itching. The compress must not be used in the case of an arnica allergy or hypersensitivity to milk protein, lactose intolerance, skin infections or skin diseases such as Candida Albicans: Candida Albicans.
