How to use

• Use this spray in cold winter weather to protect against colds and seasonal discomfort.
• Spray 2 to 3 puffs onto a handkerchief and inhale deeply.
• Spray 4 to 6 puffs around the room.
• Pour 4 sprays into a bowl of hot, non-boiling water to release the aromatic vapours.
• Note: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age and should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or people suffering from convulsive or epileptic disorders. For persons undergoing medical treatment, contact a healthcare professional. Keep out of the reach of children. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
