Primavera Benzoin Siam organic essential oil exudes a warm, vanilla-like fragrance with a slightly earthy note. The oil is extracted from the resin of the Siam benzoin tree and has a wide range of uses in aromatherapy.
The exuding resin of the tropical, evergreen benzoin tree is known as benzoin. The resin is obtained by cutting into the benzoin tree, which can grow up to 20 metres high, and hardening it in the air. Benzoin is used in pharmacy and dentistry as a tincture, in perfumery, food flavouring and as a fragrant incense.
