• Unless otherwise recommended, adults take 2 tablets twice daily for the first 2 weeks and then 1 tablet twice daily, unchewed, with a meal and some liquid.
• Notes: Prelox® is a supplementary balanced diet, not a complete food. This product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Prelox may only be used by adults and under medical supervision. A small percentage of people who start taking Prelox may initially experience facial flushing or headaches. However, this should stop with regular use. If you are seriously ill, have to take numerous medications, suffer from severe high blood pressure or a heart condition, consult your doctor before you start taking Prelox.
