With our PlantaVis MännerHeld capsules, these substances can be specifically absorbed. Our capsules combine trace elements with five valuable plant extracts. The MännerHeld capsules contain the best of pure plant substances:

• Saw palmetto extract: We have specifically opted for saw palmetto extract in our MännerHeld capsules. Saw palmetto grows in the south-east of the USA and contains phytosterols, which is what makes the extract so indispensable for our MännerHeld capsules.
• Soya bean extract: Soya beans have played a role in the human diet for thousands of years. Soya is consumed almost daily, especially in Asian cultures. Soya beans contain the valuable plant substances isoflavones.
• Tomato extract: Vegetables such as tomatoes should be part of a balanced diet. Tomatoes are rich in phytochemicals, potassium and vitamin C. They also contain lycopene, which acts as a highly potent antioxidant, which is another reason why we have chosen to include tomato extract in our capsules.
• Pumpkin seed extract: The extract contains linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, beta-sitosterol, carotenoids, selenium and magnesium.
• Pomegranate peel extract: Pomegranates are considered a superfruit and for good reason. In addition to polyphenols, which are secondary plant substances, they also contain minerals such as potassium, calcium and iron, and vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B and folic acid.
