What is Glucosamine+Chondroitin?
- As well as vitamin C, which contributes to the maintenance of normal collagen formation, Glucosamine + Chondroitin contains glucosamine sulphate. Glucosamine occurs naturally in the cartilage tissue of our joints. The suffix ‘sulphate’ simply means that the glucosamine contains a natural source of sulphur.
Where does glucosamine come from?
- There are no foods in which glucosamine is present in a readily available form. The best way to obtain glucosamine is by taking a dietary supplement. The glucosamine contained in Joint Duo is derived from wild prawns – not farmed prawns.

- Taking Gelenk Duo daily is a good way to supply your joints with some of the substances found in normal cartilage tissue. The vitamin C it contains supports your body and the biological processes that contribute to the mobility of your joints.
Note: Not suitable for consumption whilst taking coumarin anticoagulants or following a low-potassium diet.

Directions for use
Take 2 coated tablets a day with plenty of water, with any meal.

- Ingredients: glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), bovine cartilage extract containing chondroitin sulphate, fish cartilage extract containing chondroitin sulphate fish cartilage extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, colouring agent: spirulina concentrate, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
