How to use

The simple DIÄT active diet plan provides for the gradual replacement of meals with the DIÄT active diet (only 204 kcal) in three periods - starting with the cleansing period (replacement of all meals), through the weight loss period (replacement of 2 meals) to the stabilisation period (replacement of only one meal).

Cleansing period:

Replacement of all meals for a maximum of 3 days. During this period, the body is cleansed and the metabolism is activated - without hunger despite low calories. Thanks to the combination of B vitamins and valuable proteins. Only liquid food should be consumed during this period. 1-1.5 litres of water and clear vegetable soup without side dishes.

Weight loss period:

Replacement in the morning and evening until the desired weight is reached(max. 4 weeks). During this period, the metabolism is activated by the reduction in calories and the active substances (B vitamins) - without hunger! The muscles remain intact. Stabilisation period:
