The PanMol®-B-Complex GPH capsules are a food supplement and contain 500 mg PanMol®-B-Complex powder with biologically active natural B vitamins per capsule.
Due to their solubility in water, the group of B vitamins is not stored in the body and should be adequately supplied through food or supplements. Folic acid and vitamin B12 in particular work very closely together and are important for protein metabolism. In addition, folic acid works as an essential coenzyme in all cells. It is involved in the formation of DNA/RNA (genetic information) and in the enzymes of cell division. It regulates the embryonic development of the nervous system. It also helps to maintain the nervous system, digestive tract, sexual organs, white blood cells and growth. When taken together, these B vitamins complement each other in their effect. Together they have a regulating and supporting effect on the carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism and are very important for the nervous system. Their intake can lead to an increase in performance, physical well-being and resilience.

- Composition per 2 capsules %NRV*: 1000 mg quinoa powder, corresponding to 0.55 mg vitamin B1 (50% NRV*), 0.70 mg vitamin B2 (50% NRV*), 8 mg nicotinamide (50% NRV*), 3 mg pantothenic acid (50% NRV*), 0.70 mg vitamin B6 (50% NRV*), 25 µg biotin (50% NRV), 100 µg folic acid (50% NRV*), 1.25 µg vitamin B12 (50% NRV*).*NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
