Padma Aciben is a dietary supplement made from six spice herbs based on the "Cong zhi 6" recipe from the Tibetan theory of constitution. The bitter and pungent ingredients have slightly warming properties and thus help to keep the stomach climate in balance in the long term.
The effect of the herbal ingredients is complemented by the effect of the mineral calcium carbonate, which also contributes to the normal function of the digestive enzymes* and binds acid in a chemical reaction. The long pepper with its pungent flavour counteracts the cold and sluggishness in the digestive tract. The warmth is also supported by the pomegranate seeds.

Directions
- If required, take 1-2 capsules after meals or before going to bed, preferably with hot water. Do not take more than 6 capsules a day.
- Note for diabetics: 1 capsule contains 0.03 g of utilisable carbohydrates.

Padma Aciben consists of calcium carbonate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), elecampane root, cardamom, safflower flowers, pomegranate seeds, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), long pepper, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). 1 capsule contains: Calcium carbonate 110 mg, elecampane root 50 mg, cardamom 50 mg, safflower flower 50 ml, pomegranate seeds 50 mg, long pepper 40 mg.
