How to use
- Sit upright and relaxed.
- Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and enclose it with your lips.
- Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose. Hold your breath for approx. 1 to 2 seconds.
- Breathe out slowly and deeply through your mouth into the PARI O-PEP. Tense the muscles in your cheeks and keep them taut.
- Repeat the inhalation and exhalation for 10 to 15 breaths.
- Preparation: Disassemble PARI O-PEP. Set the ball aside so that it cannot roll away. Remove the tape from the lower part.
- Cleaning: Clean in warm tap water and washing-up liquid. Rinse individual parts thoroughly under running water.
- Disinfection: In a sufficient amount of boiling water (5 minutes) or vaporiser (min. 6 minutes).
- Drying: Place all parts on a dry, clean and absorbent surface.
- Storage: After drying, always pack the parts in the corresponding bag.
