Directions for use
- 1 g (2 capsules) daily per 10 kg body weight. The recommended daily dose of max. 10 g (20 capsules) must not be exceeded.
- Please refrain from eating large protein meals such as eggs, fish or meat approx. 2 hours before taking the capsules.
