Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser is an isotonic nasal rinse that helps to keep the nose healthy and prevent secondary ENT infections. The nasal rinse is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% NaCl) that is naturally rich in mineral salts and trace elements from the sea. It cleanses the nasal cavities and moisturises the nasal mucosa. Our isotonic nasal rinse supports the cleansing of the nasal cavities in the case of colds, allergies and upper respiratory tract infections. It is free from preservatives or other chemical additives.

The blue spray head of the Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser produces a strong jet for intensive rinsing. The seawater nasal spray flushes out excess mucus and the pathogens, allergens and pollutants it contains. For daily use to keep the nose healthy. Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser is suitable for all age groups from 2 years of age and also during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It can be used in combination with active ingredient-containing decongestant nasal sprays, preferably immediately before using them.

How to use

From 2 years of age, the recommended dosage is 1-2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.

For all age groups from 6 years, the recommended dosage is 1-3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 4 times a day

Adults & children:

1. Remove the protective cap and place the spray head on the bottle.
2. Lean over a sink and gently tilt your head to the side.
3. Carefully insert the tip of the spray head into the upper nostril.
4. Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient amount of solution.
5. Repeat the process on the other side.
6. Blow your nose.
7. Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use.

Notes: Do not share the spray with other people, as infections can be transmitted.

Tip: Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser can also be used in combination with decongestant topical medications such as Otrivin Menthol 0.1%, Otrivin DUO or Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray, preferably immediately before use. For babies & toddlers, we recommend Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser Baby. With the special spray head with protective tip for easy and safe application for small children.

Side effects: A stinging sensation or temporary irritation may occur at the beginning.

Precautions: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to seawater. For nasal use only. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of the reach of children.

Composition: Seawater 28 %, purified water 72 % (1 ml solution contains 0.28 ml seawater), corresponds to 0.9 % sodium chloride (NaCl). Free from preservatives or other chemical additives.
