Otrivin Natural Baby is an isotonic seawater solution that is naturally rich in mineral salts and trace elements from the sea. It cleanses the nasal cavities, flushes out excess mucus and impurities contained in the mucus such as pathogens, allergens and pollutants and helps to keep the nose healthy and prevent secondary ENT infections. Otrivin Natural Baby helps to relieve nasal discomfort such as congestion and mucus secretion caused by colds and allergies, for example, and contributes to better nasal breathing. It also moisturises the nasal mucosa and relieves dryness.

Areas of application

• For daily hygiene of the nasal cavities: Removal of mucus, pathogens (e.g.: viruses, bacteria), allergens (e.g.: pollen, house dust allergens); pollutants (e.g.: air pollution, tobacco), dust and other potentially harmful particles (mechanical effect);
• To relieve nasal symptoms (e.g.: congestion, mucus secretion) caused by e.g: Colds and allergies, rhinosinusitis or after endonasal surgery;
• For moisturising the nasal mucosa and relieving dryness.
• Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How to use

• The white spray head with protective tip enables gentle spraying and gentle rinsing. Suitable for all age groups, including babies.
• Otrivin Natural Baby 100 ml (white spray head with protective tip).
• From 0 years: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.
• All age groups from 6 years: 1-3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 4 times a day.

Instructions for use Babies & toddlers:

1. Remove the protective cap and place the spray head on the bottle.
2. Lay the baby on its back, gently tilt its head to the side and hold it in this position.
3. Carefully insert the tip of the spray head into the upper nostril.
4. Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient solution.
5. Repeat the process on the other side.
6. Return the baby to an upright position, allow the solution to drain and wipe the nose.
7. Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use.

Do not share the spray with other people as infections can be transmitted.

For adults & children aged 6 years and over, we recommend Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser and Otrivin Natural Nasal Cleanser Gentle with the special spray head with protective tip for easy and safe use on small children.

Side effects: A stinging sensation or temporary irritation may occur at the beginning.

Ingredients

Composition: Seawater 28 %, purified water 72 % (1 ml solution contains 0.28 ml seawater), corresponds to 0.9 % sodium chloride (NaCl). Free from preservatives or other chemical additives. 100 % natural. Inert propellant gas (nitrogen), not in contact with the solution.
