Otodolor® ear drops have a decongestant and analgesic effect. They effectively relieve earache associated with:

Irritation and redness of the external auditory canals
eczematous incrustations

Otodolor® ear drops have several modes of action that have a positive effect on the healing of earache.

Active ingredients

Paprika(Capsicum annuum) for burning and stinging earache
Camomile (Matricariarecutita/Chamomilla recutita) for burning earache, ear canal inflammation with a feeling of soreness
Pasque flower (Pulsatilla pratensis) for inflammation and swelling of the ear canal and outer ear
Silica (Acidum silicicum) for swelling of the outer ear and ear canal
Boric acid (Acidum boricum) disinfecting effect on skin and mucous membranes

Possible causes of earache

Earache can be very unpleasant and painful and often cause long-lasting health problems. The cause of the infection is usually viruses or bacteria that penetrate the ear. However, they can also be caused by an allergic reaction or the improper use of cotton buds.

Sore ears often occur in the course of a cold or when water gets into the ear, e.g. when bathing, swimming or diving.

How to use

Drip approx. 3-5 drops into the ear every 2-4 hours.

For dripping into the ear
Otodolor® must not be used for longer than 14 days. If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.
Use in children under 6 years of age: The use of Otodolor® in children under 6 years of age is not recommended as there is insufficient data available.

Ingredients

Otodolor® ear drops contain the following active ingredients and individual excipients (e.g.: purified water, ethanol 86%, lactose monohydrate, glycerol 85%, etc.) Paprika - Capsicum annuum (1000 mg) Camomile - Matricaria recutita (1000 mg) Pasque flower - Pulsatilla pratensis (1000 mg) Silica - Acidum silicicum (1000 mg) Boric acid - Acidum boricum (5000 mg)

Advice: If you are allergic to Capsicum annuum, Matricaria recutita, Pulsatilla pratensis, Acidum silicicum, Acidum boricum, Otodolor® must not be used.
