Bone density begins to decline steadily from the age of 35. Calcium is the most important mineral in human bones. Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium into the body and its incorporation into the bones and teeth. Each OsteoCalVit Plus tablet contains 77 per cent (600 mg) of the recommended daily intake of calcium and 500 per cent (25 µg) of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D.

Directions for use
Adults should take 1 tablet daily, whole, with a little liquid. From the age of 65: 2 tablets daily.
Ingredients
- 1 tablet contains: 600 mg calcium (= 77% of the recommended daily intake of calcium) 25 µg vitamin D3 (= 500% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D3).
- Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol.
