Orthomol Vital m is a micronutrient combination for men. A balanced diet is often neglected, especially in hectic everyday life. When time is short, "stress eaters" like to reach for fast food and sweets - micronutrient-poor foods; "stress starvers", on the other hand, severely restrict their food intake in such phases. However, the body needs sufficient vitamins and minerals right now, during periods of high stress, which it is largely unable to produce itself. This is because we tend to neglect a balanced diet during periods of high stress, for example due to the double burden of family and work or caring for relatives in need of care. Orthomol Vital m is a dietary supplement. It contains important micronutrients, including B vitamins and magnesium to reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
- Vitamin C, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
- The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.

Directions
Take the contents of one sachet daily, preferably individually, with plenty of liquid with or after a meal. The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.
