Orthomol Vital f tablets + capsules is a food supplement. It contains important micronutrients, including B vitamins and magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids and calcium.
Orthomol Vital f is a combination of micronutrients for women. A balanced diet is often neglected, particularly in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. When time is short, ‘stress eaters’ tend to reach for fast food and sweets – foods low in micronutrients; ‘stress-hungry’ women, on the other hand, severely restrict their food intake during such periods. Yet it is precisely at these times – during periods of high stress – that the body needs sufficient vitamins and minerals, most of which it cannot produce itself. This is because during periods of high stress – whether caused, for example, by the dual demands of family and work, or by caring for relatives in need of care – we tend to neglect a balanced diet. Orthomol Vital f is a dietary supplement. It contains important micronutrients, including B vitamins and magnesium, to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids and calcium.
- Vitamin C, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium help reduce tiredness and exhaustion.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, copper and iodine contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help to protect cells from oxidative stress.
- The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
- Calcium is required to maintain normal bones and teeth.

Directions for use
Take the contents of one sachet daily, preferably one at a time, with plenty of liquid during or after a meal. The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.
