Orthomol Vital f is a micronutrient combination for women. A balanced diet is often neglected, especially in hectic everyday life. When time is short, "stress eaters" like to reach for fast food and sweets - micronutrient-poor foods; "stress eaters", on the other hand, severely restrict their food intake in such phases. However, the body needs sufficient vitamins and minerals right now, during periods of high stress, which it is largely unable to produce itself. - Vitamin C, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
- The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
- Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.

How to use
Stir the contents of one sachet into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and capsule.
