Micronutrients for the immune system
- The functioning of the immune system is linked to an adequate supply of nutrients (micro- and macronutrients). As the individual components consist mainly of rapidly forming new cells, a good supply of micronutrients is important.
- The immune competence of the organism is therefore determined, among other things, by the supply of micronutrients such as vitamins C, D, E, A and the trace elements selenium and zinc.
Immune factor - nutrition
A balanced diet with fresh foods is the basis for a good immune defence. Seasonal fruit and vegetables should therefore be at the top of your diet, but wholemeal products, oils and nuts are also important. These foods contain important vitamins, trace elements and secondary plant substances that are required for many processes in the body.

- Vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, selenium, iron, copper and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin A, riboflavin (vitamin B2), biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g. the oral mucosa).
- Vitamin A, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, iodine, manganese, iron and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese help to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Directions
Pour the contents of one sachet directly into the mouth daily with or after a meal. The sachet does not have to be emptied in one go, but can be taken in smaller portions as you feel comfortable. The direct granules dissolve quickly.
