Directions for use

Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 200 ml of cold water using a whisk, or shake well in a shaker for approx. 15–20 seconds until the powder has completely dissolved. The OPTIFAST® home Drink should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Dosage:

• Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (a diet consisting exclusively of OPTIFAST® – 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
• Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products aids weight loss.
• Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight.
