OPTI-FREE PureMoist® – Care solution for soft contact lenses and silicone hydrogel lenses.

Its unique formulation helps to retain moisture on the lens surface and ensures comfort for up to 16 hours, particularly for sensitive eyes. OPTI-FREE PureMoist is a multifunctional solution designed for cleaning, disinfecting, moisturising, rinsing and storing contact lenses.

The OPTI-FREE PureMoist® multi-purpose disinfecting solution has been specially formulated to meet the needs of silicone hydrogel contact lenses. This effective all-in-one solution cleans, disinfects and removes proteins and lipids, and is suitable for storing all soft contact lenses. Thanks to its biocompatible disinfection mechanism, OPTI-FREE PureMoist® can effectively reduce fungi and germs, thereby ensuring extremely hygienic contact lens care. The integrated HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix is an innovative ingredient that coats the contact lens with moisture and ensures particularly long-lasting hydration of the lenses. As a result, OPTI-FREE PureMoist® provides contact lens wearers with a comfortable wearing experience from morning to night.

Directions for use

1. Manual pre-cleaning is required before storing the contact lenses in the lens case. Manual cleaning breaks down the layer of debris on the contact lens, allowing the solution to remove unwanted deposits during thorough rinsing. Place the contact lens in the palm of your washed hand, apply a few drops of the all-in-one solution and gently rub each side for 10 seconds using a star-shaped motion from the centre to the edge with your fingertip. Finally, place your cleaned contact lenses in a contact lens case filled with the all-in-one solution for disinfection and storage.
2. You can find out from the package leaflet for your care product how long you can leave the lenses in the solution for disinfection, and when the individual care steps need to be repeated.
3. Once you have inserted the lenses, the solution in the lens case must be discarded. Do not rinse the case with water; instead, leave it to air-dry. Once a week, in the morning after removing your lenses, fill the lens case with fresh all-in-one solution, screw the lid on and leave it upside down throughout the day so that the lids are also disinfected. In the evening, this solution must also be discarded and replaced before the lenses you have been wearing are put back in.
