Directions for use

• During, before or after training, dissolve 40 g of powder (= 2 measuring spoons) of OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC PLUS either in addition to OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC or separately in 500 ml of water and drink. The individual amount depends on personal requirements and the intensity of the workout.
