How does OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN supplements the bacterial flora with four bacterial cultures that occur naturally in the human body and are capable of multiplying. The viability and ability to multiply of these specially balanced bacteria are guaranteed until the best-before date.

How does Caricol® work?

Caricol® is an all-natural product made from fully ripe organic papayas. The papaya pulp contains a large amount of papain – an enzyme that aids digestion by breaking down the proteins in our food. Thanks to a special, patented manufacturing process, the papain activity in Caricol® is around four times higher than in raw papaya purée. Furthermore, papaya contains many antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to our bodies. OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN and Caricol® are food supplements.

Directions for use

How should OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN be taken?

• 1–2 times a day, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN (= 2 g) into approx. 1/8 l of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk or tea (up to a maximum of 40°C), yoghurt or similar. Allow at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then consume.
• Please note in general: The liquid in which you dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC® must not be hotter than 40°C (bacteria tolerate exactly the same temperatures as the human body), should not be coffee, alcohol or any other product with a very acidic pH (e.g. cola, grapefruit juice, vinegar) and should, if possible, not contain carbon dioxide.
• It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach where possible, e.g. in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before dinner or before going to bed.It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN over a longer period. This has been tried and tested and is beneficial. 
• As OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN contains only bacteria that occur naturally in the human body, it can also be taken during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
• Directions for use: OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of various dietary fibres that serve as specific nourishment for the bacteria, including, for example, fructooligosaccharides (FOS). If you know you have a fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time for OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise their food (= fructooligosaccharides, etc.) almost completely, so that at most only a few molecules of these substances reach the gut.

How should Caricol® be taken?

• It is recommended that you take Caricol® daily for several weeks, preferably undiluted. Recommended intake: 1–3 sachets per day, one sachet after each main meal.
• Caricol® does not need to be stored in the fridge. Ideal for taking to work and when travelling. Also suitable for long-term use.

• Ingredients in Caricol® Sticks: organic papaya fruit* 93.9%, organic apple juice concentrate, natural organic apple juice flavouring. *Country of origin: Sri Lanka. 1 stick (0.18 BE) contains: 0.92 g fructose.
