Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins suitable for?

How does OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins work?

OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins contains the same special combination of 9 bacterial strains as OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9, which has been used in numerous clinical studies. In addition, selected B vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes such as the intestinal mucosa (B2), as well as to the normal function of the nervous system° (B2, B6, B12) and make a valuable contribution to normal mental function (B6, B12).

Directions

• Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40° C), yoghurt or similar 1 - 2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then consume.
• Please note in general: The liquid in which you dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC® must not be hotter than 40° C (bacteria tolerate exactly the same temperatures as the human body), should not be coffee, alcohol or other products with a very acidic pH value (e.g. cola, grapefruit juice, vinegar) and should preferably not contain carbonic acid.
• It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. As the vitamins B2, B6 and B12 it contains help to reduce tiredness and fatigue, it is advisable to take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins in the morning. The proven combination of bacteria has been supplemented with three B vitamins. This is recognisable because the water takes on a golden yellow hue.
• As OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins contains only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Instructions for use: OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain small amounts of various dietary fibres that serve as specific food for the bacteria, e.g. also fructooligosaccharides (FOS) or inulin. If fructose intolerance is known, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 with B vitamins to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise their food (= fructooligosaccharides, inulin etc.) almost completely, so that at most individual molecules of these substances enter the intestine.
