Directions for use
- It is best to start taking 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® REISE (= 5 g) daily in the morning before breakfast a few days before travelling. Stir the powder into water, milk, tea or yoghurt, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. Continue this procedure throughout your journey.
- If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose enters the intestine.
