- OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER is supplemented with organic magnesium (magnesium citrate), which is easily absorbed by the body.
Dosage form
Directions for use
- Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER (= 4 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water once a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach if possible.
- As OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER contains only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER for at least 6 months; longer-term use has been tried and tested and makes sense.
