- Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
- High doses of vitamin C support the immune system during and after strenuous physical activity. For this purpose, at least 200 mg of vitamin C must be taken daily in addition to the recommended daily amount of 80 mg.
- Citrus bioflavonoids and acerola fruit extract as well as 3 other high-quality vitamin C compounds contribute to an optimal supply.

Nutritional values per 1 capsule (daily dose) %NRV*: Total vitamin C 400 mg 500 %, of which as sodium ascorbate 250 mg as calcium ascorbate (Ester C®) 96 mg as fat-soluble ascorbyl palmitate 24 mg as L-ascorbic acid from the acerola fruit (Phyto-Panmol® vitamin C) 30 mg, citrus bioflavonoids 60 mg, black pepper extract (Bioperine®) 5.0 mg of which piperine 4.75 mg *NRV = nutrient reference values according to the Food Information Regulation (LMIV). The values of the ingredients are based on average analyses. One daily dose = 0.01 BE.
